Whether you’re in town for business, or pleasure, you’ll need to set aside a few hours to experience the top-rated Tasting Counter.  A mere couple of blocks from our front doors, you’ll be immersed in the Somernova vibe as you make your way through a tasting menu experience.  Tickets sell out quick, so you’ll have to reserve your spot almost as soon as you reserve your room with us.  This nine-course meal is better described as a culinary performance as you watch an army of chefs and sommeliers present stunning plates and perfectly paired wines.

If wine does not tickle your fancy, you’ll be able to choose from either beer or sake pairings, as well.  They truly cater to everyone, and not just the adventurous eater!  They’re happy to accommodate to any diet. Since opening in 2015, the Tasting Counter has become a neighborhood favorite.  You’ll thoroughly enjoy their approach to a locally sourced, innovative, multi-sensory dining experience.
