What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00PM and check-out is at 11:00AM.
Do you have parking?
Yes.  We have valet parking available on-site at $33 per night.
Do you offer connecting rooms?
Yes.  We have a number of connecting rooms available.  Please reach out directly to confirm.
Do you have rollaway beds or cribs available?
Yes.  Rollaway beds are available at $30/night and cribs are available complimentary.  Rollaway beds can only fit in certain room types, so please reach out directly to confirm.
Do you have microwaves available?
Yes.  Microwaves are available to be brought up to your stay, complimentary.
How close are you to Boston?
We are only a few miles from Boston and it is easily accessible either by public transportation or by car.
Do I need a credit card to check-in?
Yes.  Credit cards are required for check-in.  Room & tax as well as $100 per stay for incidentals will be authorized at check-in.
How old do I need to be to check-in?
You must be 21+ to check into the hotel.
Do you have a fitness center?
Yes.  We have a fitness center that is open 24/7 for your use.
How close are TO COLLEGES and UNIVERSITIES?
We are very close to Harvard University, Tufts University, MIT, and Lesley College.
How close are you to Boston Logan International Airport?
Logan Airport is six miles from our doors.  It takes about 25-40 minutes to get there by car/taxi/rideshare depending on traffic.
Are you close to public transportation?
Yes.  We are just under a mile away from the Porter Square stop on the MBTA Red Line into Boston.
Do you have coffee in-room?
Yes.  Please enjoy the complimentary in-room coffee as well as complimentary coffee in our lobby market.
Do you allow pets?
Yes.  Furry friends are more than welcome to stay, however, we do have a $75 pet fee per stay and only allow animals 50lbs or under.
Do you have ADA Accessible rooms available?
Yes.  We have a number of compliant rooms available both on our website and over the phone.
Do you have a business center?
While we don’t have a dedicated business center, we designed our lobby and common space with the business traveler in mind.  Find a comfy spot, sip on your favorite beverage, and let guest reception know if you need anything printed.
Are you a smoke-free property?
Yes.  By law, we prohibit smoking & vaping within the hotel.  A fine of up to $250 applies to any violations, however, we do have designated smoking areas outside of the hotel.
Do you charge a resort/destination/facilities fee?
No, we do not charge any hidden fees.  Our total tax percentage on room rates is currently 11.7%.

The Squares
Camberville has several named Squares, almost none of them with an actual town square.  The three closest to us are Union, Porter, and Harvard Squares.  Harvard is the largest and most famous due to the University.  Union and Porter are the closest and have much to offer, each with a local neighborhood feel.  Just a few blocks farther sit Davis, Inman, Central Square, and Kendall Squares.  Each square has its own personality with plenty of food, drink, art, music, entertainment, and shopping to be discovered.  Not to mention sitting in the heart of Cambridge’s lab & life science communities.  So dive in and start exploring!
